Canada Start-Up Visa
Operated by Leduc Capital Management Inc.The Canada Start-Up Visa program is intended for foreign entrepreneurs who want to startup an innovative business in Canada. Successful candidates receive a Canadian Permanent Residence status for themselves and their families.

Admissibility Criteria
Create an eligible innovative business:
- A minimum of 10% voting rights must be owned by each applicant.
- The candidates and designated organizations must own at least 50% of the voting rights.
- A maximum of 5 people can apply as owners of the business.
- Must be incorporated in Canada.
- Must be active in Canada.
Have sufficient funds to support yourself in Canada.
- Be accepted into a designated incubator business program;
- Obtain a total investment of $200,000 from venture capital funds; or
- Obtain a minimum of $75,000 from an angel investor or group.
Minimum language requirement: Each applicant must have achieved a minimum Canadian language proficiency (CLB) level 5 in English or French for speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
